On 23 March, members of the ATM Forum Norway were welcomed at the SESAR JU premises in the framework of a two-days visit to Brussels to get information about the Single European Sky (SES) and its technological research and development programme SESAR. The delegation met with SESAR JU representatives and got a thorough update on the status quo of the SESAR programme, including presentations on the SESAR concept, architecture and systems, on the involvement of authorities, on long-term and innovative research and on the cooperation between SESAR and NextGen. The delegation also met with representatives from the European Commission, DG MOVE, and Eurocontrol.
