SESAR JU and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on 20 November, at the Office of the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the ICAO in Montreal, Canada, in presence of the President of the ICAO Council, Dr Roberto Kobeh Gonzalez, the President of the Air Navigation Commission, Mr Christian Schleifer and the Director of the ICAO Air Navigation Bureau, Mrs Nancy Graham.
