The SESAR 3 JU has launched an open call for expression of interest in becoming an associate member of the public-private partnership and contributing to delivering the Digital European Sky.

The aim is to expand the membership base of the SESAR 3 JU partnership, which currently brings together the EU, Eurocontrol, and more than 50 organisations covering the entire aviation value chain, from airports, airspace users of all categories, air navigation service providers, drone operators and service providers, the manufacturing industry and scientific community.

The call is open to any public or private entity or body, including those from third countries that are associated to the Horizon Europe programme and that have concluded at least one agreement with the European Union in the field of air transport.

The deadline for applications is 19 January 2024. It is expected that the selected applicants will be announced in the first half of 2024, after which the associate membership will be formalised.
