As part of the SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking's communications and promotional activities, we will conduct a photo shoot on 12 December that includes:

  • Individual headshots
  • Team group pictures
  • Full staff group pictures

The photographs will be used for the following purposes (further details on the processing of personal data are to be found in this privacy notice,:

  1. Internal use
    • Publication in the SESAR 3 JU Directory (intranet)/Individual pictures
    • Publication in internal news items (intranet)/Group picture
  2. Internal and external use
    • Inclusion in slides and other materials presenting SESAR 3 JU to internal or external audiences (individual and group pictures)
    • Social media (e.g., announcement of a speaker at an event using individual pictures where applicable and with pre-agreement with staff member, or promotion of the organisation using group picture)
